If you run 1 to 10 bays and your bookings live in texts, a calendar or a spreadsheet, Teeboxed is for you. Owner-run rooms, bar and restaurant sim lounges, and standalone studios.
Works alongside any simulator software. Teeboxed handles bookings and payments; it does not replace your sim.
Founding facility program
We are onboarding a small number of founding facilities before public launch. Founding facilities get special terms, a direct line to the team, and a say in what we build next. Pilot start: November 2026.
Teeboxed runs bookings, payments and waivers. It works alongside any simulator software because it does not connect to the sim. It does not start sessions or control bays.
How do I get paid?
Card payments go through Stripe. You connect your own Stripe account during setup and payouts go to you. Card details never touch Teeboxed.
Who owns my customer data?
You do. Each facility's data is kept separate from every other facility, personal details are encrypted, and we never sell or share it.
How long does setup take?
You add your bays, hours, prices and waiver, then connect Stripe. We help every pilot facility get set up.
What does it cost?
Founding facilities get special terms. Pricing for everyone else will be published before public launch.
Can I move my existing bookings over?
Not at launch. Importing from a spreadsheet or another system is on the roadmap.
